How soon must I cancel my appoinment?You must cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment date and time. Last minute cancelations will incur a 50% cancellation fee for the convenience of our employees.

Do I need to provide any of the cleaning products/materials or equiptment?No, it is not required for you to have the prodcuts and equipment. Our team will bring all necessary materials to the job site. If you prefer to use your own products or have any requests please let us know so we can ensure your home is cleaned the way you like!

Do you wash windows?Yes we do! We can both clean the interior and wash the exterior. For the safety of our employees, we cannot offer window washing services higher than two stories.

If I do not cancel my appointment within 24 hours will there be a charge?Yes there will be a fee of 50% of the total cost for the service(s) scheduled.

How long does the cleaning take?It depends on the size of your home as well as the amount of services requested. Please contact our support team for more information.

Can I be home while the cleaning is taking place?Of course! It is your home and we always appreciate our customers allowing us in. Our team will work around you and your family. If you need to utilize a room at any time please let our teammembers know and they will accomodate your request.

Do you use all natural products?We have a variety of cleaning supplies that range from basic houshold cleaners to 100% organic. To best suit your needs please let us know if you would prefer that our team use only natural and organic based cleaners (there will be an upcharge for this add-on).

Payments Accepted
For your convenience we offer a variety of payment methods. We accept all major credit/debit cards as well as personal checks and cash. We also accept payments through Zelle or Venmo. You can choose to pay in person, via our online/mobile platform, or by mail.
Cancellation Policy
We request that you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours ahead of time. Therefore, our team can make proper arrangements. Any cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the total cost for the service(s) scheduled.

Our Moto states that your satisfaction is our motivation! We offer our customers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If there are any issues after your service has ben completed please contact us within 3 days so they can be addressed and fixed.
